With so many of you wanting to use the villa, we will make it available on a Friday to Friday basis, most UK airports fly to Dalaman on a Friday. Access to the property is available from 16.00 on the first day of rental and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guests. We do our best to be as flexible as possible with this rule and can sometimes arrange short term lets / changing facilities and even overnight stays at the local hotel.

Availability - Out Of Season

The holiday season in Turkey runs from 1st of May until the end of October, Villa Fleur is available to let outside of these dates, if you are looking to buy your own property then the Villa is the perfect base. Thinking of retiring to Turkey then why not consider a long term stay over the winter to see whether it's how you imagine.
